This Is A Part Of A Bench Vise Brake Line Roller. -Gdt- Id Tolerance Is 0.08Mm This Tolerance Is Specific To Nylon'S Tensile Strength Od = 1.25" -How To- Press Fit Two 608Zz Bearings Into This The Bottom Side Is Labeled With A B You Can Use An 8Mm Or 5/16" Bolt I Am Using The Ones That Are Only Threaded Up Until The Last 11/16" Using Angle Iron On Your Vise, Two Rollers Are On One Side. Side Two Has One Roller Equally Spaced At The Mid-Point Of The Other Two Rollers. As You Tighten Your Vise You Increase Angle Of Your Bend. Then You Can Just Push The Tubing Through By Hand To Straighten Or Mess With Angles. P.S. You Will Need To Get Creative With Fabricating The Angle Iron To Decrease Distance Between The Rollers, In Such Fashion... _O/\O_ _/O\_ Hope You Like It!
