Modular Rocket Booster

Modular Rocket Booster

Description

Why I Made This >After Getting A 3D Printer And Making A Few Designs. I Decided To Tackle An Idea I Had Back In High School When Building Rockets For The Team America Rocketry Challenge. In Building A Rocket, The Booster Is Normally The Item That Requires The Most Amount Of Time To Put Together. But Most Common Rocket Building Techniques Require The Fin To Be Glued Into The Booster Which Makes It Impossible Or Hard To Repair When Damaged. So Why Not Design A Interchangeable Booster That Can Be Easily Replaced If Damaged. Design >This Design Allows A Bt-80 To Be Fit On The Booster And Allows For Interchangeable Fins In The Case That They Become Damaged Or You Want To Experiment With Different Fin Designs. The Slots On The Allow Up To 105Mm Fin Designs. The Booster Allows Rocket Engines Of 24Mm X 70Mm To Be Fit. Know For The Important Part >If You Decide To Print Out This Booster, Here Is Some "Homework". Please Post A Video Or A Log Of How The Rocket Did (Ie. Did Anything Break, Was There Some Difficulty Putting It Together, How Did It Fly, What Motor Did You Use, What Can Be Made Better, Etc). It Would Be Wonderful To Gather This Information To Continue To Improve This Design. I Myself Can Only Test Launch A Hand Full Of Times A Year And Get Limited Data, But With Your Help We Can Make This Design The Best There Can Possibly Be.
