Description
This Is One Of My First Purely Sculptural Pieces, Inspired By An Ostrich Egg That I Acquired About 20 Years Ago. To Duplicate This Effort You'Ll Need A Real Ostrich Egg, (Though I Have Included One As An .Stl Just In Case.) You Will Also Need Some Liquid Latex And Some Sand. Egg, Sand And Latex Can Be Found On Amazon. I Have Included A Base To Keep The Egg From Rolling Around. It Is Not Fancy, Only Functional. I Recommend Looking Into Some Of The Beautiful Candle Holders By Other Thingiverse Artists For A Stand Of Your Own. Just Remember, The Eggs Are Not Perfectly Cylindrical So You'Ll Probably Need To Modify The Top Of The Holder Just A Bit To Keep The Egg Stable.
