These Holders Are For Supporting The Rode M5 Mics At A 110 Degree Angle To Each Other Within The Rode Blimp 2 Windscreen. A Standard Xlr Connector Will Not Fit On The Back Of These Mics In This Configuration, You Have To Get Creative And Fabricate A Low Profile One Like I Show In The Pictures. To Support The Microphone Within The Rings, Use A Small Zip-Tie To Fasten #17 Size O-Rings In A Crossed Pattern, As Shown In The Pictures. You Can Use Different Size O-Rings Or Elastic Too. If You Don'T Want To Use The Screws That Came With The Lyres, They Are M3 X 16 Mm Flanged Button Head Cap Screws. There Are Two Files, One For Right Facing, And One For Left Facing.
