1/2" Copper Pipe Wall Mount Flange
Description
1/2" Id Copper Pipe Wall Mount Flange; Three-Screw. We Stick Standard 1/2" Id Copper Pipe/Tubing Up In A Lot Of Places To Hang Spray Bottles, Pliers, Cables, You Name It. This Is An Over-Built, Over-Designed Wall-Mount Flange With Significant Support Material On One Section For Underneath The Pipe. The Screw Holes Are For 0.135" Screws (~#6) And The (Flat) Countersink Is An Additional 0.0625" (1/16"). That Happened To Fit A Bunch Of Extra Screws; We'Ll Upload A Version That Use A Normal Beveled Wood Screw Head. Note: Unlike Some Closet Pole Hangers, This Is Currently Meant To Have The Pipe Inserted Into Both Flanges Then Mounted In-Place, E.G., Semi-Permanent. We'Ll Design A Version That Has One End As A Drop-In And A Fully-Backed Wall Plate, While Maintained The Support Bulge. It Is A Snug Fit; We'Ll Upload A Version With (Slightly) Looser Tolerances. We Prefer The Snug Fit, But It May Not Suit All Purposes. At 10% Infill This Is Still Pretty Sturdy, But If You'Re Hanging Something _Really_ Heavy Off It You Might Want To Jack It Up. So Far It'Ll Bend The Tubing Before Breaking The Flange, But We Have Not Load-Tested This Thing Yet.
