Newest Model Is Titled: "Sc Mag Stick Base" The First Picture After The Preview Is Of It In My "White" Steam Controller (Please Excuse My Shoddy Attempt At Doing A Full Vinyl Wrap). I Had It Printed From Shapeways, Using Their Professional Black Plastic (Which Is A Powdered Nylon Material That Gets Fused In The Printing Process). It Fits, No Drilling Or Grinding Down The Internal Joystick Pot Stem Or Trying To Widen Out The "Well" Of The Front Plate. Its Tight On The Internal Stem, No Looseness Or Other Wiggly-Ness Present. It Uses The Tops From The 3Rd Party Xbox Elite Replacement Kits, I Used This One From Amazon: Https://Www.Amazon.Com/Elementdigital%C2%Ae-Controller-Replacement-Swap-Thumbsticks/Dp/B01I1G6Qwa?Keywords=Elementdigital+Xbox+Magnetic+Stick&Qid=1536866795&Sr=8-2-Fkmr1&Ref=Sr_1_Fkmr1_2 All Things Considered A Bit Over 30 Usd, But Is Pretty Much A Drop In Replacement As Once Again, No Drilling Or Grinding Needed. The Only Minor Quibble With It? The Tops From The Kit Are A Very Snug Fit, To The Point That You Dont Really Need To Harvest The Magnet From The Kit. It Will Hold Really Well, Making Swapping The Tops More Effort Than Just Popping It Off And Putting A New One On. Its More Of A Pull It Off And Push It On. I Dont Plan On Modifying The File To Make It More Magnetic Oriented From Here Though, So I Am Unchecking "Work In Progress". Its Functional Enough That It Accomplishes All The Things I Want It To And The New Version Is Beefy Enough That I Trust Its Durability. If Anyone Else Wants To Modify The Tolerances, Feel Free To Do So. Note; I'Ve Kept My Original Model And Relevant Photos Uploaded For Posterity. Its Loose On The Internal Stem And Can Tear If Are Too Rough With It, So I Would Not Recommend Getting It Printed Unless You Really Want It For Whatever Reason.
