If You Ever Had To Replace The Connector Of A Cat6 Cable, You Know What To Do With This Thingy. Other Than Cat5 The Cat6 Cable Has A Separator In The Middle. This Keeps The Twisted Pairs Separated, Which Is A Good Thing. But... If You Use Cheap (But Good Quality) Connectors These Cables Are Hard To Manage. The Copper Is A Little Bit Thicker And The Pairs Can Slide Inside The Cable. So If You Try To Keep The Pairs The Same Length, You Might End Up A Bit Fustrated. If You Lose Your Grip On The Cable The Pairs Will Immediately Have Different Lengths. If You Have A Tight Grip, But You Bent The Cable A Little Bit... Again Different Lengths. Place His Thingy Close To The End Of The Cable, So The Pairs Will Stay The Same Length.
