ORAC Lathe Tach Display Faceplate

ORAC Lathe Tach Display Faceplate

Description

While Updating [My Denford Orac Lathe](Http://Www.Wolfteck.Com/Orac/), I Wanted To Have A Spindle Tachometer Very Close To The Workpiece So I Could Have Them In The Same Field Of Vision As Often As Possible. Since There'S A Good Amount Of Empty Space Behind The Spindle Access Cover And A Hole Going Over To The Main Pulley Access Area Already, I Figured The Best Way To Do It Would Be To Give Up The Awesome 80'S Orac Logo And Training Gcode Chart On The Existing Cover And Print One Up That Would Facilitate Mounting The Display From A [Cheap Hall-Sensor Tach](Http://Amzn.To/2F5C8Ry). Overall, I Think The Part Came Out Pretty Well. Check Out [My Build Page](Http://Www.Wolfteck.Com/2018/02/24/Orac_Tachometer_Display/) To See How It Looks On The Machine. This Thing Uses [My Rounded Cube Library](Https://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:2764797) For The Base Shape.
