Printrbot Simple Metal Print Bed Gopro Corner Mounts! Two Mounts Made For The Ability To Decide Between 2 Different Viewing Angles For Your Printrbot Simple Metal And Gopro Camera And/Or Other Creations Using Gopro Style Mount & Connections :-). One Gopro Mounts Designed To Seat Your Camera Or Other Creations At A 45 Degree Angle. A Second Mount Designed To Seat In The Same Fashion, At A 30 Degree Angle. The 45 Or 30 Both Work In The Very Same Way, Though One May Be Better Than The Other, Depending On The Size Of Your Printrbots Print Bed. The Stock Beds Are More Square, So A 45 Degree Mount Is Adequate For The Bed. The Larger Upgrade Kit Beds Are More Rectangular In Design, So Using A 30 Degree Mount Allows You To See And Capture The Entire Print Bed In Frame, Rather Then Having The End Cutoff From Frame With The 45 Degree Mount! I Created These Mounts For My Printrbot Simple Metal In Order To Modify And Attach My Octopi Rig Design'S Logitech C170 Gopro Camera Mount To The Print Bed. I Have Discovered That Having The Camera Attached To The Print Bed Creates A Much More Stable & Static View Of The Printing Process For Generating Time Lapse Style Recordings. With My Octopi Rig, The Camera Sits In Front Of The Printer. Although It Has A Clear View Of The Printing Process, The Video Time Lapse Generated Is Very Unstable. As With This Setup, You See The Print Moving Back And Forth Constantly, And Inevitably End Up With A Very Unclear, Unfocused, & Skipping View Of The Print Being Generated. This Approach Provides A Much Greater Pleasant Experience For The Time Lapse Generated Of The Printing Process. As The Camera Is Attached To The Bed, It Can Clearly Focus On The Print Being Generated, While Completely Unaffected By The Movement Of The Print Bed. Creating A Much Better Time Lapse Overall In A Static Position Relative To The Print Being Generated!
