Snowboard Pentagram Stomp Pad
Description
Last Season Of Snowboarding I Started Thinking Of Getting A Stomp Pad. It Was Soon Forgotten Until Next Family Ski Trip Was Coming Up. I Decided To Print Myself A Stomp Pad But Did Not Find One I Liked. So I Decided To Make One Myself. The Stomp Pad Is Designed To Either Be Glued Or Taped To The Board. I Used Extremely Strong Double Sided Tape Which Was Water Resistant And Could Handle Temperatures Ranging From -40C To 70C. In Addition I Wanted The Pentagram To Stand Out More So I Decided To Try Painting It With Nail Polish. I Have Never Tried This Before So It Was Somewhat Of An Experiment. I Painted It With Three Coats And Let It Dry In Between. I Recently Tried It In The Slopes And Works Great! I Does Not Move At All And Fills Its Purpose. The Nail Polish Held Unexpectedly Well And From What I Could See It Did Not Wear At All. The Pentagram Itself Was Inspired By [This Thing](Https://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:27729) Made By User [Iworkinpixels](Https://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Iworkinpixels/About).
