Beethefirst Internal Spool Holder Attachment For Ziro 1Kg Spools. Uses Existing Stock Magnetised Spool Pin And Holder, Which Should Click Into Place. Was Growing Tired Of Replacing Beeverycreative'S Small And Relatively Expensive Filaments. Furthermore, I Wanted To Keep The Spool Neat And Internal. So, I Designed This. I Have Specifically Specified Ziro Spools As They Have Centre Cutaway That Fits Nicely Over The Existing Spool Holder Base. The Design Is Quite Tight And Sits Flush With The Ziro Spool (54Mm Diameter With A 56Mm Lip) To Ensure That The Reel Does Not Sag And Touch The Build Plate At The Start Of The Print. You Can See From The Photos That The Clearance From The Base Plate Is Tight (~0.75Mm), But It Should Not Touch The Plate During Printing. ***Warning: When Using A 1Kg Spool, Do Try To Keep Models Away From The Right 25Mm Of The Bed (Beside The Spool Holder), As The Print Head Shield May Interfere With The Spool During Printing.***
