Vertical Blind Vane Repair Clip

One Of The Vanes On My Sliding Door Vertical Blinds Broke, Same Spot They Always Break, At The Hole Where They Attach To The Clips. Anyways, I Checked Here Looking For A Clip Design And Found A Few But Nothing That Worked Well For Me. Most Of The Repair Parts On This Site Are For Fabric Blinds While Mine Are Pvc Faux Wood Style. I Designed This Clip With A Slight Curve To Match The Vane Because A Straight Piece Would Probably Crack From The Stress. It Should Work With Pvc Vertical Blind Vanes That Are Approximately 1Mm Thick. Print In Same Orientation As Shown In Pics With Just A Little Support On The Build Plate As Shown. Hope This Works For You! Scale Up Or Down Slightly If You Need To Adjust Fit. Works Perfectly For Me:) Update: Just Made Some Of These For My Daughter And Noticed That Her Blinds Are 1.6Mm Thick And My Design Didn'T Work. I Went Ahead And Uploaded A 1.6Mm Version For The Sturdier Vanes Out There.
