Hello All, In My Ongoing Search In Improving My Home Cinema Experience I Made A Better System Than My Former Ray Guides: Https://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:2227089 This New Design Is Much Sturdier, Better Designed And Giving A More " Darkening Effect" . I Tried Photographing The Difference, Have A Look On What It Does. These Shutters Eliminate Light That Does Not Project On The Projection Screen, Overall Making Your Surroundings Darker And Enhancing The Cinema Effect (Dramatically In Some Cases I Would Say). While It Is Designed For A Hw65Es, It Is Likely That It Fits Older/ Newer Models Of This Beamer Design As Well, Or With Some Tinkering You Could Transform It To Fit Your Non Sony Beamer As Well Maybe. It All Fits Together Without Any Glue Or Screws. You Will Need To Print The Following: Sides Shutter 1 (A Very Tight Fit, I Recommend Printing At 99%) Print Upto 0.8Mm In Black Then Switch Colour But It Is Not Absolutley Needed. Shutter 2 (A Very Tight Fit, I Recommend Printing At 99%) Print Upto 0.8Mm In Black Then Switch Colour But It Is Not Absolutley Needed. Top & Bottom Lens Support (2X) In Some Cases It Might Be Handy To Print The Top And Bottom Flat, But With The Lens Support It Sit As A Perfect Fit Around Your Lens And Cannot Fall Off, So Try That First. After Printing I Still Had To Tinker A Bit With The Top Shutter Because Of My Ceiling Placement And Lens Shift I Needed To Saw A Bit Of The Shutter So It Could Even Lower More Than Anticipated. If You Print This And Succesfully Use The Design, Share Some Pictures I Would Love To See It In Work For Other People. Greetz Henri Note: Later I Found Out That My Beamer Was Defective. Light Diffusion Arround The Screen Should Hardly Occur. Sony Replaced My Beamer For This.
