I Needed To Include A Length/Jam/Clog / Out Of Filament Thingy.. I Searched Online And Were So Costly That I Ended Up Doing My Version. The Printed Part Hosts An 600Pr Encoder Coupled To A 608Zz Bearing.. The Encoder Is Fed To A Controller That Measures The Filament Flow And Outputs It On Serial Port. If A Jam/Or Out Of Filament Is Detected An M600 Command Is Sent To The 3D Printer. Configurable With An Button And Led Changes Colour Depending On State ! Soon On My Tindie Page.
