A selection of Rings
Description
I'Ve Been Playing Around With Some Basic Ring Forms. Mostly To Test My Printer And To Stretch My General Know How When It Comes To My Ancient Copy Of Cad. I Do Wear One Of These Every Day - It Replaced The Silicon Band That I Lost Scuba Diving Which Replaced The Titanium Band That I Lost Scuba Diving - Which .. . . Well, I Think You See Why I Should Print My Own. I Plan On Adding More Of These As I Come Up With New Designs - As A Reverend Of The Church Of The Flying Spaghetti Monster I'M Frequently Called On To Perform Ceremonies So I'M Working On A Fsm Themed Ring Or Two. All That To Say - Check Back Occasionally To See If I'Ve Come Up With Anything That You Think Is Cool. A Quick Note - I Printed The First Fsm Ring And The Resolution Of My Printer Really Didn'T Let All The Detail. So I Made Up The Less Detailed Version Until I Get A Smaller Nozzle To Try Again. These Are U.S. Men'S Size 11 Approximately 20.57 Mm Circumference. You Can Scale Them Up Or Down To Fit Your Needs. I Searched The Web To Find A Ring Size Chart That I Could Cut And Paste And Didn'T Find Anything That I Liked In A *.Jpg Format. But I Did Find One That Is Fairly Complete And That Agrees With All My Preconceived Ideas And Opinions (Which Is Important On The Internet) On Wikipedia. Https://En.Wikipedia.Org/Wiki/Ring_Size So, Take The Diameter Of The Ring Size You Want And Divide It By The Diameter Of These (20.57) And Use That Number To Determine How Much To Scale The Model To Fit You. For Instance. Say You Want A U.S. Size 13 Which Is 22.4 Mm The Math Would Be 22.2 / 20.57 = 1.07924 Or 1.8% So.. . . Enjoy
