5-22-2014 Edit: I Made A Repair (I Think) To The Design File And Produced Fresh File Versions, Plus A Ready-Made Profile For Replicator 5Th Gen With The Following Settings: -Standard Quality -.25Mm Layer Height -2 Shells -5% Fill -230C Temperature. I Hope This Will Work Better For Slic3Er, But Again, I Don'T Have Any Real Experience There. 5-21-2014 Edit: I Updated The Design Files With A Larger Center Hole On The Backside To Clear The Moving Part Of The Inner Bearing Race. Less Friction. This Is My First Real Design And Upload From Scratch, My Own Rendition Of A Filament Spool Bearing Holder. I Took The Cue From My All-Time Favorite Racing Wheels, The Venerable Ansen Slot Style "Mags." These Are Set Up For The 52Mm Filament Spool Holes And Hold A Typical 608 Skate Bearing. I Think They Have A 51.8Mm Diameter For The Spool Tube, And Will Fit The Slightly Smaller (51.5Mm?) Spools With Some Percussive Persuasion. They Fit Snug. Also, The Bearings Go In With Some Taps From A Hammer Or Other Solid Blunt Object. I Included The Original Autodesk 123D Design File As Well As The .Stl File If You Want To Play And Tweak.
