USB-C PD Buddy Sink case
Description
This Is A Case For The Pd Buddy Sink Sold By Clayton G. Hobbs On Thingiverse Https://Www.Tindie.Com/Products/Clayghobbs/Pd-Buddy-Sink/ Note - I Do Not Make The Power Board, Link Is Only Included For Reference Of The Product I Designed This Case For. I'Ve Designed Cases That Allow For Wires Sticking Out The Back As Well As One To Fit Anderson Powerpole Adapters. I'Ve Included The Sketchup Cad Files So You Can Customize Them To Design Other Types Of Cases For Different Purposes Or Attach Them Into Other Projects. For The Powerpole Case I Included 2 Versions, One With Thinner Walls And One With Thicker Walls Depending On Your Printer And What Material You Use. I Found I Liked The Feel Of The Thicker Case With Abs Plastic. To Hold The Halves Together You Can 3D Print The "Pins" And File Them To Fit Or I Prefer To Drill Out The Holes With 1/8" Drill And Countersink So I Can Use #6 X 3/8" Screws To Hold It Together. All Of The Versions Include A Small Pin-Hole That Fits A Small Paper-Clip Sized Object So You Can Still Press The Config/Programming Button While It'S In The Case. You Can Also Optionally Put A Piece Of Shrink Tubing To Fit Over The Indicator Led And Into The Depression In The Plastic So It Shows Only A Circle Of Light Instead Of Illuminating The Whole Enclosure. If You Are Using Opaque Plastic Such As Black You May Want To Drill Out The Depression In The Case Over The Led And Fill It With Clear Epoxy Or Similar Glue So That The Light Can Be Seen.
