Description
This Is A Simple X-Belt Tensioner For The Anet A8 Printer. I Wanted A X-Belt Tensioner That Fulfils Following Criteria: * G2 Geared Tooth Pulley Should Fit (The Last Tensioner I Used Was Too Small To Accommodate The Geared Pulleys) * Pulley Should Be On The Left Side Of The Lead Screw, Because That Design Is More Stable And Needs Less G2 Timing Belt * It Should Be Easy To Fasten Without Special Tools -> The 3D Printed Wingnut Does A Great Job * It Should Be Easy To Print - Especially The Fastening Screw Is So Crude That It Can Be Printed With A Printer That Is Not Very Calibrated Yet * It Should Be Stable, Simple And Robust I Have Tried 2 Other Designs Before But They Did Not Quite Meet My Needs And So I Came Up With This Version. Till Now It Behaves Great And I Am Quite Happy With That Design.
