LED Channel Clip/Bracket

LED Channel Clip/Bracket

Description

I Had Some Aluminum Channel Meant For Holding The Stick On Led Strips That I Wanted To Mount In The Top Of My Printer For Some Extra Light. I Made Up These Little Clips That Slide Snugly Onto The Channel And Give You A Screw Hole For Mounting It In The Frame On My Anet A8. I Guess They Might Be Useful For Other Situations Too. This Is The Channel I Used - Https://Goo.Gl/Ubbujd I Cut It (And The Plastic Cover) To Length To Fit In The Printer, Then Printed Two Of These Clips, One At Each End. I Attached It With Existing Screw Holes And M3 Screws/Nuts. I Drilled A Small Hole At One End Of The Channel For The Wires To Come Out, Which Is Why One Clip Is Shaped A Little Different To Allow Room For The Wire. Note That Where I Have It Mounted In The Picture Will Limit The Max Height You Can Print. I Ended Up Moving It Up To The Top Of The Frame Later When I Needed To Print A Taller Item. Super Fast/Easy Print.
