I Left Nubs On The Section Which To Not Make A Holder, Deleted Said Nubs In The File. Also, Those Capacitors Do Not Allow A Second Tooth. It'S A Tight Fit, Which Is What I Wanted, But You Can Increase The Width 2Mm If You So Choose. The Best Way To Attach It Is By Putting A Riser In Pce1 Last, Placing It In The Bridge Before Aligning And Pressing Down (As Seen Above.)
