Bladeless fan for 70 or 80mm axial fans with adjustable angle
Description
This Is Yet Another Remix Of The Bladeless Fan By Dylman3000 (Https://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:2685544) And Is Based On The Remix Of Keye (Https://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:2815694). The Reason I Created It Were That I Had An 80Mm Fan Lying Around While Dylman3000'S And Keye'S Designs Were Meant For 70Mm Fans. Furthermore I Calculated That The Airholes In The Base Of Keye'S Design Only Provided About One Third Of The Required Area. In Addition I Wanted The Angle Of The Fan To Be Adjustable To Adjust The Direction Of The Airflow. - I Did Not Change The Interior Part At All. - The Exterior Part Was Only Changed For The 80Mm Version To Have A Larger Inlet. - I Basically Redesigned The Base Based On Keye'S Design From Scratch To Include The Larger Airholes And Add Some Mounting Holes. There Is One With A Diameter Of 6Mm For A On/Off Switch And One With A Diameter Of 7Mm For The Potentiometer Of A Pwm Controller To Control The Speed In The Front. It Has Not Been Mounted In The Pictures, Because I Orderd In China And It'S Still On The Way. In The Back There Is One 8Mm Hole For A Power Plug. I Calculated The Airholes To Provide A Larger Area Than Actually Necessary. - To Make The Angle Adjustable I Designed A Pedestal Which Constists Of A Top And Base Part. The Fan Snaps On The Top Part And The Angle Can Be Adjusted By Teeth With A Stepangle Of Roughly 4 Degree. With The Regular Top Part A Maximum Angle Of Approximatly 25 Degree Is Possible Before The Fan Tips Over. With The Extended Version An Agle Of Up To 30 Degree Is Possible. For The Print Choose The Appropriate Versions Of The Differnt Parts. Since There Are Fans With A Height Of 25Mm And 10Mm, There Are Two Versions Of The Base. If You Need Differnt Sizes, Feel Free To Ask Me In The Comments. I Hope You Like My Design.
