Mario Bros Question Block Lamp

Mario Bros Question Block Lamp

Description

I Really Liked The Original By Wiper, But I Noticed The Panels Didn'T Fit And Were Too Thick. I Reduced The Panel Thickness To Allow More Light Through. I Updated The Base To Use A Standard Barrel Style Power Supply And Switch. The Base Is Notched To Allow The Led Plug To Sit Flush And Create A Clean Power Plug Look. I Created A New Lid With No Question Mark, It Looked Funny To Me With A Question Mark On The Lid. But If You Like A Question Mark On The Lid, Simply Print Another Side Panel. I Also Created A Simple Cage To Hold A Led Strip. I Originally Planned On 2 Rows Of Led'S, But Decided To Wrap It A 3Rd Time. It Was Bright Enough With 2 Rows Of Led'S, I Was Just Lazy And Didn'T Want To Splice The Wires :) . I Laid Everything Out So You Will Not Need Any Supports, Everything Prints Flat. I Did Use A 5Mm Brim On The Panels, Lid And Top/Bottom Box Parts. I Had The Base Curl Off The Bed And Didn'T Want To Go Through That Again. If I Was To Do It Again, I Would Print The Panels At 100% Infill To Get Rid Of The Grid Showing Up When The Led'S Are On.
