Shelf Stand For Ikea Ekby Laiva Shelf. I Got The Stand From Ikea For A Whopping $3.50! The Assembly Consists Of The Letters And Top And Bottom Piece. The Top Piece Slots Into The Shelf. Both The Top And Bottom Piece Has An Interlocking Feature. For Clearance, I Allowed .25Mm Gap All Around, So .5 Total If The Feature Shifts All The Way To One Side. In Certain Areas, It Was A Slip Fit, Others, A Light Interference Depending On Your Printer'S Accuracy. Assemble With Super Glue For All Pieces. For The Shelf, I Put Some Double Sided Tape On The Side. Sliced With Mattercontrol. Using The Standard Pla Settings. 30% Infill For All Parts. Filaments Used: Hatcbox Black Pla And 3D Solutech Ultra Pla Blue. If You Use The Ultra Pla, I Would Say Have A 1.8Mm Layers Of Top Surfaces To Achieve A Really Nice Finish. Any Less, You Might Get Bubbling/Roughness.
