My Pentair Pool Control Box Latches Broke After A Decade In The Sun. The Part Of The Latch That Broke Would Require A <B>$50</B> Part To Repair. Not If You Have A 3D Printer It Won'T. I Measured The Part And Created A New One That Should Fit The Bill. Print In Abs, Petg, Pc, Or Other High-Temperature Rated Filament. If Your Box Is Outdoors And Exposed To The Sun, Consider Using Uv Resistant Plastics. Not Recommended For Pla, Pla+, Hips, Or Sla Resin Printing. ( <I>The Photos Here Are Of A Beta Version Of The Part, Before I Finished Curving The Bottom Side. I Thought It Would Be Stronger/Harder With A Corner, But It Doesn'T Make That Much Of A Difference Either Way.</I> ) You May Need To Adjust The Scale Slightly ( 1% ) Up Or Down To Match Your Latch. Print A Few Layers And Test Before Printing The Whole Latch.
