Tevo_endcap_Underframe

Description

End Caps For The Underframe Of The Tevo Tornado. With A Tevo-Logo For Some Extra Bling. For Printers Of Other Brands And Types (Cr10?,Anet) With Same Frame-Material There Is A Version Without Logo. Or Customize Your Own Cap With That One. I Think These Will Also Fit At The Tevo Tarantula. From Both There Is A Version With Hard/Sharp And Soft Edges. In Each Stl-File There Are Two Caps, One For The Front-Left And Rear-Right And One For The Front-Right And Rear-Left. For Similar Endcaps For The Upperframe See Https://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:2868596 Because This End Cap Has Only Support From Two Sides Of The Frame, The Little "Pillar" In The Middle Is The Main Part For A Good Fit. The 4.44 Mm Diameter-Version (4P44 In Filename) Fits Great At My Printer (Pla And Room-Temperature). Due To Different Filaments And Printers Which Will Give A Little Difference, There Are Different Versions With Other Diameters For The Pillar In The Zip-File: 4.36 To 4.48 Mm (4P36, 4P40 And 4P48 In Filename). The Rest Of The Caps Is The Same. Before You Try To Fit The End Cap, Break Off The Little Part At The "Empty" Corner (See Pictures). Its There For Support During Printing And Is Easy To Remove. Press The Cap Straight To The Frame Until You Hear A Click Or Two Clicks. If You Don'T Hear A Click(S) You Need Caps With A Higher Diameter. If It Don'T Fits Take A Smaller Diameter. Be Carefull The Pillar Can Break Off. Leave A Comment If You Don'T Find A Good Fit, A New One Is Easy To Make. Well, Sorry For The Long Story And I Hope You Like These Caps. Designed In Autodesk 123D Sliced In Slic3R Printed At Standard Tevo Tornado I Printed These Caps With The Top/Logo Up, No Additional Support Needed.
