Hictop Bowden Mount E3D V6

Description

I Modified Thing Https://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:1664017 To Make It Work Better With Igus Drylin Rj4Jp-01-08 Bearings. I Could Not Get The X-Carriage To Slide Smoothly Using The Common Sc8Uu Bearing Blocks. I Made This To Replace The Two Upper Bearing Blocks With One Sc8Luu Block That Holds Two Of The Igus Bearings. This Ensured The Two Upper Bearings Were Aligned. You Can Find The Sc8Luu On Amazon And Ebay. Igus Recommends That The Bearings On One Guide Rail Are Fixed And The Ones On The Other Rail Are Floating. I Elongated The Holes In The Mount For The Bottom Sc8Uu Bearing Block So That It Could Float Up And Down A Couple Of Mm. This Setup Eliminated The Binding On The X-Axis. I Attached The Lower Bearing Block To The Mount Before Putting The Block On The Guide Rail. I Used Blue Loctite On The Bolts So That I Could Lock Them In A Position That The Bearing Block Could Move Up And Down But Did Not Have Any Movement Front To Back. My X-Axis Belt Holder Sat Right Up Against The Lower Bearing Block So I Ground About 2 Mm Off The Top Side Of The Block To Give Me The Clearance For The Block To Move Upwards.
