Spacer for mini lath spindle.
Description
This Is A Spacer I Made For My Harbor Freight 7X10 Mini Lathe. It Was Needed When I Replaced The Stock Spindle Bearings To Tapered Ones. The Original One Was A Bit To Long. This Is Part #15 In The Manual. It Is The Spacer That Is Behind The Drive Gear On The Spindle. The Original Is A Little Bit To Long. This Should Work For The Seig And Many Other Mini Lathes. I Printed This Using Pla. It Would Probably Be Optimal To Print It With Nylon. I Also Printed It With 100% Infill. If It Fits To Tight Just Sand The Center Hole With A Dremel Or By Hand, File Etc. If It Is To Long You Can File/Sand Or Cut It Shorter If You Use 100% Infill. I Have Used This On 2 Spindles And It Worked Perfectly.
