LEGO® compatible tire 3483 replacement
Description
This Is The Matching Tire #3483 That Fits The Lego® [3482 Hub](Https://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:2085115), Both Of Which Are No Longer In Production. I Made This Primarily On Request, But Also Just Because Modelling It Was Fun. The Blender Source File Is Included For Those Who Want To Know How I Model Something Like This. This Was Modeled From The Actual Part By Measuring And Eyeballing, So Don'T Use This As A Reference For The Exact Measurements Of The Real Part. However, My Test Print Fits Pretty Nicely. I Also Included The Mysterious Asymmetrically Positioned Inner Ring Like In The Original Part, If Anyone Has A Clue Why This Is There, I'D Like To Know! Obviously, This Must Be Printed In A Flexible Filament To Be Of Any Use. I Printed It In Rigid.Ink Flexible Pla Which Is A Bit Too Stiff For The Task. Although It Is Possible To Fit The Tire Around The Rim, It Doesn'T Have Much Grip. Ninjaflex Or A Soft Tpu Would Be A Much Better Choice (But I Don'T Have Any At The Moment). *Disclaimer: This Is Offered As A Replacement Part For Personal Use Only And Is Not Endorsed By The Lego® Company. It Is Not To Be Sold For Profit, I.E. If You Print It For Someone Else, You May Only Charge Production Costs.*
