E3D v6 Hotend Mount for Rigidbot conversion to Bowden-extruder, with inductive-sensor option

I'Ve Been Using This For Quite A While Now, And It'S Served Me Well, So I Finally Decided It Is Worth An Upload. This Will Help You Convert Your Rigidbot To A Bowden-Extruder Setup, With Capability To Add Auto Bed-Leveling. The Only Catch Is, You'Ll Have To Sacrifice Some Of Your Maximum Build-Height, Because I Designed This Specifically To Hold The Hotend Below The Mounting-Plate, So It'S Nice And Out In The Open, With Easy Access From All Sides. This Requires Flipping The Original Extruder Mount Plate Upside Down, And Flipping The Stepper Motor With Its Mount, Upside Down (So The Aluminum Plate Clears The Motor Mount When Homing). Refer To The Photographs For Assembly. You Only Need A Cheap E3D Clone (Or A Real One). Mine Was Only $15 And It'S Worked Beautifully For Almost A Year Now... The E3D Im Using On Amazon Is Called "Zorvo 3D Printer Hot End Metal V6 J-Head Hotend Extruder" Hehe... The Bed Sensor Mount Is For An 8Mm Inductive Sensor. I Am Using "Lj8A3-2-Z/Bx". You Will Need Longer M3 Screws, 3 Of Them, Which Hold The Plate To The Linear Bearing Mounts. Use Washers. You Need Two Long M3 Screws, About 40Mm, To Tighten The Hotend In Place. Use Square Nuts, And Washers. To Mount The Sensor Mount, You Need Two M3 Screws, About 12-15Mm, And Two Square Nuts. Make Sure You Wrap Some Kapton Tape Around The Part Of The Hotend Which Will Be In Contact With The Printed Mount (The Round Flange Thing At The Top). I'Ve Never Measured The Temp Up There, But It'S Just To Be Safe, Plus It Adds Extra Tightness. I Printed Everything In Pla And It Has Never Ever Once Shown Any Sign Of Softening From The Heat. I Just Think The Heatsink Fan Does It'S Job Very Well. Print The Parts With Flat Side Down, Not How They Appear In The Thingi-View. (They Are All Shown In The Wrong Orientation For Printing)
