Description
These Are Thick And Stiff. The Main Backbone Is Extended Further Onto The Gantry Than Standard To Move The Screws Further Apart, Greatly Stiffening The Joint Without Reducing The Travel. These Are Still Draft And I Am Unlikely To Do A Final Version. Importantly The Gantry X Stop Has Nothing To Strike, I Just Hot Glued A Piece Of Something About 10X10X10 Mm Onto The Surface At The Required Spot. Also There Is A Bit Of Messy Moddelling Where I Revised An Earlier Version In A Quick And Nasty Way, It Looks Fine When Printed And Wont Cause Any Printing Problems. Note That The Height Of The Belts Is Changed From Standard, The Pulleys On The Motors Need To Be Moved As Do The Corner Pulleys, I Can'T Remember What Bolts Needed To Be Longer But A Few Are Needed And Longer Spacers Will Be Needed On The Corner Brackets As Well, But They Should Be Entirely Redesigned Anyhow As They Bend As Well. I Need To Revise The Corner Brackets So They Are Not Up Yet But My Stiff Motor Mounts Are Uploaded. When Installing You Must Juggle 2 Of The Axles And Wheels With The Rest All Very Loose, All At Once, There Is Little Room To Spare.
