Tea Gallows | Tea Timer with PCB
Description
This Is A Small Tea Timer That Uses A Linear Drive To Pull Out The Gallon Of The Tea. I Used A Small Geared Stepper Motor To Drive The Linear Drive. The 10 Leds Indicate The Timer State And Over A Knob You Can Set The Time 1-10 Minutes. ### 1St Update I Made Some Changes At The Back Cover And I Added A Small Plate To Hold A Pcb. An Other Part I'Ve Modified (Changed The Length) Of The Gallon Holder. ### 2Nd Update I Made Some Changes To The Top/Bottom Covers And Added A Belt Guide To Place Two Endstop Switches And Some Other Small Changes ### 3Rd Update I Added The Latest Version And Include The Fusion360 Files Too ### 4Th Update Added Simple Arduino Test Sketch. Design Of An Simple Pcb Is In Progress ### 5Th Update I Added A Simple Pcb And Eagle Project. I Replaced The Arduino With An Esp8266 12E To Make Other Ideas Possible, Like Alexa Integration. # Build Instruction Later On I Will Post A Short Manual How To Build This Thing # Electric Parts * 30Cm Gt20 Belt * 2 Gt20 Pulleys * 1 M5 20Mm Screws (Belt, Needed) * 1 M5 Lock Nut * 2 M3 10Mm Screws (Motor, Needed) * 2 Light Gates Like Tcxt2103 (Ends Top Switches) * 12 M4 Screws 10-16Mm (Optional, Replace With Some Glue) * 12 M4 (Lock-)Nuts (Optional, Replace With Some Glue) * Washers M4/M5/M3 * 10 3Mm Leds * 10 100Ω Resistors (For 3V Led) * 1 Arduino Nano * 1 Encoder With Pushbutton * 1 A4988 Stepper Driver * 1 12V 2 Phase Mini Stepper Motor (Like Https://Www.Ebay.De/Itm/Dc-12V-2-Phase-4-Wire-Gear-Stepper-Motor-Full-Metal-Geared-Box-Schrittmotor/253181270426?Hash=Item3Af2C7999A:G:Ckkaaosw7Thunnif) * 1 Alu Pipe 15Cm@4Mm * 1 Alu Pipe 15Cm@4Mm (Lengh Depends On The Cup You Want To Use) # 3D Printed Parts * Back Cover 102G * Belt_Holder 11G * Bottom_Plate 23G * Clamp Holder 7G * Guide Left 7G * Linear Drive Case 102G * Pcb Holder 12G (Optional) * 2X Pipe Holder 3G Each * Top Plate 23G = 293G Filament (I Used 80% Infill)
