HICTOP Filament Trash Bin

HICTOP Filament Trash Bin

Description

Some Might Say I Am Lazy, But I Hate Doing Unnecessary Things. Other Might Say It Is The Creative Side Of ***“Necessity Is The Mother Of All Invention.”*** I Hope I'M The Latter. Every Time The 3D Printer Gets Ready To Print You Have To Use A Tweezers To Remove And Throw Away That Little Bit Of Filament Ooze. Getting Up And Walking Two Miles From My Shop Computer Bench To The Garbage Was Beginning To Bother Me. It Was Really Only Two Steps, But It Was Still Annoying. Half The Time I Lost The Small Piece Of Filament Along The Way. I Decided That It Would Be Better To Have Something Like A Very Small Trash Can Right Next To The 3D Printer Itself. Thus “The Mother Of Invention.” I Created The “Small Boxy Tray” That Could Hold Filament Ooze Temporarily Until I Got It Over To The Actual Real Garbage Can. Also, Found Out It That If It Is Clean, It Is A Great Spot To Keep Those Small Nuts And Bolts When Your Are Doing Printer Repairs. It Was Originally Designed For The Hictop Printer, But It Also Fits My Migbot I3 Printer. I'M Sure It Will Work On Other Printers Of Similar Construction. After I Added Some Front Mounted Switches To My Migbot I3 Printer, I Made A Slightly Smaller Version For It.
