Tevo Tornado, CR-10, and clones: Dual Front Facing Extruders

Tevo Tornado, CR-10, and clones: Dual Front Facing Extruders

Description

This Is A Remix Of My Previous Work That Supported Only One Extruder. This Design Supports Two Extruders Side-By-Side. I Designed The Mount To Bring The Extruder To The Front Of The X-Axis, Facing The User, So That They Will Be Easier To Access With The Printer Inside An Enclosure. The Mount Is Designed To Be Installed On The Spacers Holding The X-Axis Stop Switch. As The Four Screws Holding The Cover Are Very Short, Four Longer M3 Screws Are Required For A Good Grip. I Tested The Print With Both Pla And Petg, Both At 50% Infill, With Three Wall/Top/Bottom Layers. They Both Work Fine But The Petg Tends To Be A Bit More Flexible, Meaning That It Flexes A Little But Also Absorbs A Bit Of The Vibrations Caused By The Extruders, Quieting Down The Printer A Bit. Make Sure To Rotate It So That The Large Surface Is On The Bed.
