Pi & MKS Gen 1.4 & LCD2004 Controller Case

Pi & MKS Gen 1.4 & LCD2004 Controller Case

Description

I Decided To Go With An Mks Gen 1.4 Instead Of Arduino Or Rambo Mini On My Folgertech Kossel Rebuild, So I Changed This Case To Match The Mks Board. I Am Also Using An Lcd2004 Display, But The Code To Use This With A Graphics Controller Display Is In There. I Had To Use A Usb Cable With A Right End Connector Since That Plug Comes Out The Front Of This Board The Way I Have It Mounted. I Only Had To Lengthen One Endstop Switch Cable For The Cables To Reach Outside The Frame. The Variables To Look At Changing For The Graphics Controller Are Mostly: G_Y_Offset Br_Ht_Add = 10; //I Have This Set To 0 For The Lcd2004 Any Of The Variables With The Prefix G_ Are Related To This. Since I Do Not Have One Of These Boards And All Of Them Seem To Be A Little Different, You Will Have To Play This Yourself To Get It To Work. See The Model This Was Remixed From For More Detailed Info On This Design. I Also Made A Bracket For Underneath The Heat Bed To Mount A Heat Bed Relay & Couple Of Atc Fuses For The Board & Heat Bed Relay. I Will Add That As A Separate Upload, But Included One Photo Of What It Looks Like Here. I Included Stl Files Of All The Parts On One Plate Which You Can Easily Split Out With Your Slicer Program. The D3 & D4 In The Names Stands For The Dovetail Clearance Value Either .3Mm Or .4Mm. There Is Also The Openscad File For The Case & An Openscad File For Shims You Will Probably Need In Case The Stl File Sizes Are Not What You Need. I Used 2 - M3X18Mm Screws On One Side Of The Lcd Display To Mount It To The Bracket, But Think M3X16Mm Should Work. I Used 4 - M3X16Mm Screws For The Other 4 Holes In The Lcd Mount. I Also Used 3Mm Plastic Shims Where The Lcd Mounts To The Bracket & 7 Or 8Mm High Shims Where It Mounts To Just The Face Plate. The Shims Go Between The Bracket & Lcd Mount On The One Side. I Include Stl Files For 1Mm, 3Mm, 7Mm & 8Mm.
