For The Last Few Years, When Assembling Hot Ends, I Have Tried To Bevel The Outside Of The 4Mm Ptfe/Teflon Tube, Including Sharp Knives And Pencil Sharpeners With Zero Success Rate. Bevelling The Inside Is Easy, Just Use A Scalple, But The Outside Has Been Just Too Difficult. An Epiphany, And Out Popped "Geoffs-Teflon-Bevelled-End-Cutter". This Does The Standard 90 Degree Cut - But - It Also Bevels The Outside Of 4Mm Ptte/Teflon Tube. The Pictures Show The Resulting Bevel Pretty Well. To Use It, Just 1- Cut The Tube End Off At 90 Deg 2 -Put The Teflon Tube Into A Battery Drill 3- Insert The Single Sided Razor Blade Int The 45Deg Slot 4 - Push The Teflon In, Start The Drill, Then Pull Out A Perfectly Bevelled End.
