Lenovo Explorer Eyeglass-Lens Protector

Lenovo Explorer Eyeglass-Lens Protector

Description

Modelled Specifically For The Lenovo Explorer Windows Mixed Reality Headset. In Order To Prevent My Glasses From Scratching The Lenses Of My Vr Headset, I Decided To Build Myself A Little Protective Frame That Sits Over The Eyepieces And Holds My Glasses A Few Mm From The Lenses Of The Headset. This Frame Will Keep The Lenses Of Your Glasses From Rubbing Against The Lenses Of Your Windows Mixed Reality Headset. It Just Sits Over The Outer Edge Of The Lens Housing. No Glue Required. Just Drop In-Place When Someone With Glasses Is Using The Headset. If Your Glasses Are Radically Strange In Design (Or Really Tiny), It May Not Work As Intended. It May Work For Other Windows Mr Headsets. They All Seem To Have Similar Eye-Pieces. I Will Keep A List Of Compatible Headsets Below. If You Print It Out For Your Non Lenovo Headset And It Works, Let Me Know And I'Ll Add Your Headset To The List. If The Distance Between Lenses Is Not The Same As The Lenovo, You Could Potentially Just Clip The Bridge Between The Rings And Place Each One On Individually. I Printed Mine In Pla. I'Ve Always Wanted To Try Flexible Filament But My Extruder Is Not Designed To Run Flexibles. Note: If Your Printer Filament Is Harder Than The Lenses Of Your Eyeglasses It Will Scratch Your Eyeglass Lenses. You Might Damage Your Glasses If The Lenses Have Any Kind Of Tint/Coating/Antiglare On Them. I'Ve Only Used This Design With My Particular Glasses And Printer Filament. Test Carefully And Use This Design At Your Own Risk.
