The Stock Extruder Drive Has Always Given Me Problems So I Ordered A Metal Assembly From Amazon. Their Pretty Common And Say They Are Designed To Fit The Replicator 2X And Do But Not Quite Right. The Ones I Ended Up Getting Had Misaligned Holes Through The Middle And Besides That, The Bracket Would Sit Too Close On The Motor And Nowhere Near The Hot End Hole. After Re-Drilling The Bottom Hole For The Filament, I Designed A Motor Spacer That Will Offset The Main Filament Drive Bracket. The Filament Guide Tube Screws Into The Top Of The Tension Bar. It'S Designed To Hold The Main Teflon Filament Guide Tubes With 1.75 Mm Teflon Tubes Inserted Inside To Help Center The Filament. Note: Print One Spacer And Check If It Aligns Over The Hot End Before Printing Both. It May Need Additional Adjustment For It To Work On Your Particular Printer. Let Me Know If You Have Any Problems.
