But I Have Increased The Depth Of Thread From 2Mm To A Little Over 3Mm And Tested One In Abs Which Finally Worked Actually. Haha. Edit 8/1/16:I Also Just Changed The Cad File To Print Default With The Flat Side To The Bottom As It Was Upside Down By Default. Edit 8/2/16:Today I Think I Finally Finished Nailing This Out. I Printed A Finalized Test Piece In Abs After Realizing I Had The Helix Backwards Which Caused Counterclockwise Threads, And Obviously Those Did Not Work. But The Latest Test Piece Works! I Plan To Make One Out Nylon And Iglide I180-Pf Filaments Soon. I Now Consider This Done And Not A "Work In Progress". Enjoy! This Is A Mts Flange Mount Supernut, A Delrin Style Lead Nut, Leadscrew Nut, Trapezoidal, Triangular, Etc. This Is Designed To Be A Plastic Replacement For The Lulzbot Mini, But Any 3D Printer With A 10Mm Leadscrew W/ A 2Mm Pitch Should Work. Soft "Self Lubricating" Plastics With A Low Coefficient Of Friction Such As Nylon Would Probably Work Best, But Others Have Said That Other Plastics Such As Pla May Work Fine.
