9/21/2019 UPDATE

I have updated the two styles of fan case to have a hole that extends through to the back of the fan instead of having the ventilation holes behind it. Mounts for the Ender 3, Ender 3 Pro, Teva Tornado and more: ================================================= I also added 3 new mounts, one that works with 4040 extrusions, and two others that will work with 2020 extrusions. + v3_piCaseMount_TopBolt_Fixed.stl is the name of the 4040 bolt on mount. This mount will work on the ender 3, ender 3 pro, and any other printer that uses 4040 extrusions at the base. To mount it you use 2 or 4 m5 x 12mm screws and 2-4 m5 tnuts. You can utilize regular nuts if you download some 3d printed tnuts here on thingiverse. You may need to use a smaller screw like an m4 though. I will try to add a picture later. + v1PiCase_STraightBoltOn_2020_sideMounts is the name of the 2020/4040 bolt on mount. This one uses 2 m5 x 12mm screws and two m5 tnuts. It is meant to be mounted on the side of your printers base . + v2PiCase_angleBoltOn_2020_sideMounts is the same as the above mount, with the exception that it is angled a bit. You will need to print these standing up with supports on build plate. I haven't printed these yet, so theyre untested. Please print them and give me some feedback. 9/20/2019 UPDATE

After some feedback in the comments, I went back to Tinkercad and added some better ventilation to the case. I also made a few version that accepts a 30x30x7mm fan, (common fans for Pi cases.) The Uctronics screen that I have uses the two 5v GPIO pins for the screen, but there is an option to power either the fan or screen via usb, so getting power to the fan shouldn't be an issue. Other screens may be different, some may be really easy, I will leave that to you to figure out. There are two versions of the ventilation holes- the first updated version I made has a arrow head/triangle shaped ventilation holes, the other ones have their holes oriented in a square shape. I made two versions of each- ones with and without fans. + v4_PiCase_Fan_TriangleHoles_fixed.stl + v4b_PiCase_NoFan_TriangleHoles_Fixed.stl + v5A_SqrHolesFan_Fixed.stl + v5B_NoFanSqrHoles_Fixed.stl I also updated the bottoms where the slide mount connects to the case so that there was better ventilation. I cleaned it up a bit too. Its still not a spectacular design since it was based on my some of my earliest 3d modeling designs, but it works! I'm still going to make a v-slot version that you can screw into the top for those of you that requested it, just need some time. Please post a picture if you print this case. I couldn't find any cases to fit my Uctronics 3.5" HDMI touchscreen case for my Octoprint setup, so I thought I would take a crack at making my own. All the cases I found on thingiverse would only fit a touchscreen that was connected to the Pi via the GPIO pins. So I ended up remixing a few nice designs I found on here to come up with this solution. When I made this I was very new at 3d modeling, so please excuse how rough it is. Its rudimentary, but it works.. There are two versions of this model included- one with the stylus already attached and one without. I also included the model for the stylus clip/holder separately, in case someone wanted to print it and super glue it to the case. This actually worked really well for me. The stylus will snap into the clip pretty snug, so you could glue it to the side of the case if you wanted, and it shouldn't fall out. The case slides on the mount, and the mount slides onto the side of the Ender 3, (could probably be used for many different printers..) The case may be snug when sliding on to the mount, if you have any problems use a little force, or even a small rubber mallet. I wasn't going to post it, but after seeing other people having problems finding a case, I thought I should go ahead and help out. With that being said, If there are any problems with the case, let me know. I may be able to post a different variation that will work better.
