Ich habe hier Winkel für gehobelte 44 - 45 mm Balken in FreeCAD konstruiert. Die Winkel haben selber ein Kanten Maß von 38 x 48 x 48 mm, dieses Maß habe ich wegen der üblichen 45° Fase an den Balken gewählt. Es gibt diese Winkel auch eckig oder spitz . Gedruckt habe ich die Winkel mit PLA und PETG, für ein möglichst hohe Belastbarkeit sollte der Winkel 3 auf der Seite liegend mit 6 Perimetern (Außenlinien) gedruckt werden, vorausgesetzt: es wird eine 0,4mm Düse verwendet. Die Schraubenlöcher sind für 3 bis 4 mm Senkkopfschrauben ausgelegt. Bei der Version 3b sind im unterschied zur Version 3a zusätzliche Stützelemente vorhanden, diese machen den Winkel belastbarer. Was die Belastbarkeit anbetrifft so ist ein Baugleicher Winkel aus massiven Stahl selbstverständlich stabiler, jedoch ist dies oftmals nicht notwendig und man sollte die kleinen Winkel nicht unterschätzen.
