Here I designed two tooth brush cup holders with quick change system in FreeCAD. The holders are each attached to a quick-change plate, so they can be quickly removed for cleaning without tools. Hier habe ich zwei Zahnputzbecherhalter mit Schnellwechselsystem in FreeCAD konstruiert. Die Halter werden an je einer Schnellwechselplatte befestigt, dadurch sind sie zur Reinigung schnell und ohne Werkzeug abnehmbar. Zur Erklärung des Systems dient das zweite kleine Video unten. Die Schnellwechselplatte wird mit 3 bis 4mm Senkkopfschrauben befestigt oder mit Doppelseitigen Klebeband an eine Wand / Fließe geklebt. Es ist wichtig das die Trockenzeit vom Klebeband eingehalten wird, je nach Klebstoff kann diese bis zu 72 Stunden also 3 Tagen Dauern, des weiteren sollte die Oberfläche Staub und Fett frei sein. Die Bauteile können aus PLA oder PETG gedruckt werden, es sollten jedoch alle Bauteile aus dem selben Material bestehen. Da PETG Flexibler ist wird der Federmechanismus etwas weniger hallt haben. Der kleine Zylinder wird in das Loch auf der Rückseite vom Seifenhalter eingepresst. Die Namensschilder und die dazugehörige FreeCAD Datei sind in der Zip – Datei enthalten. FreeCAD Findet ihr hier. Als Anleitung, wie ihr ohne Vorkenntnisse euren eigenen Namen erstellt, ist das zweite Video gedacht.
